Delivery Information

Stock is held in Vienna, Austria, and every order ships from there. This page explains how a confirmed order moves from our premises to your workshop or distribution centre, what the parcel looks like when it arrives, and what to do in the first minutes after you open it.

Where shipments come from

Orders are picked and packed at our premises at Brunner Straße 63, Obj. 21, 1230 Wien. Vienna sits on the main road corridors between southern, central and western Europe, which keeps courier transit short for most EU destinations.

Who we ship to

  • Repair shops and service centres that need individual service pack screens or small batches for current jobs
  • Resellers and distributors ordering carton quantities or larger volumes
  • Customers in the European Union as standard; destinations outside the EU on request, subject to export and import rules

We do not ship to private individuals. If you are a consumer, please contact a repair shop in your area.

From enquiry to parcel

  1. Enquiry. Send the part numbers and quantities you need through the contact page, the "Question" form on a product page, by email to sales3@apexgmbh.com or by telephone or WhatsApp on +43 660 2015298.
  2. Quote. We confirm availability from stock and send a quote that includes the delivery option for your address.
  3. Order confirmation. Once you accept, you receive a written order confirmation. This is the point from which the order is binding on both sides.
  4. Dispatch. Orders are dispatched after confirmation and, where prepayment has been agreed, after payment has been received. Dispatch takes place on business days.
  5. Tracking. Tracking details are sent by email once the parcel is handed to the courier.

Courier services

Parcels travel with tracked courier services chosen according to destination, weight and the size of the consignment. Transit times depend on the service and the destination country and are not guaranteed by us. If a delivery is time-critical, say so in your enquiry so that we can propose a suitable service.

How screens are packed

  • Service pack displays are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging.
  • Individual boxes are placed in an outer carton with cushioning material so that nothing can shift in transit; flex cables and glass edges are kept away from the carton walls.
  • Larger orders are consolidated into as few cartons as possible; for consignments above parcel size we agree the packaging and the courier service with you before dispatch.
  • A packing list with part numbers and quantities is included so that goods-in can be checked line by line.

Shipping charges

Shipping is quoted together with the goods, based on destination, weight and volume, and appears as a separate line in the quote and on the invoice.

VAT, customs and documents

  • Deliveries to business customers in other EU member states with a valid VAT identification number are invoiced as intra-community supplies without Austrian VAT; please include your VAT ID in the enquiry.
  • Deliveries within Austria are invoiced with Austrian VAT.
  • For destinations outside the EU we prepare a commercial invoice and packing list for export clearance. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees in the destination country are paid by the recipient.

When the parcel arrives

  • Check the outer carton for damage before signing. If the carton is crushed, wet or opened, note this on the courier's delivery record and photograph it before unpacking.
  • Compare the contents with the packing list and report any shortfall or wrong part immediately.
  • Test parts before installation. A part that is dead on arrival must be reported promptly after delivery, within the period stated on the delivery note, with the invoice number and part number so that we can issue a return authorisation; see our Terms & Conditions for the full procedure.
  • Keep the original packaging until the part has been tested; returns are accepted only in the manufacturer's packaging with labels intact.
