Service Pack LCD is the catalog of APEX Technology GmbH, Brunner Straße 63, Obj. 21, 1230 Wien, Austria. It lists original service pack screens and spare parts for Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Apple, Google, Motorola, Oppo, Realme and OnePlus, held in stock in Vienna for repair shops and distributors. The questions below cover the practical side of working with us. Where a figure depends on your account or destination, we say so rather than publish a number that may not apply to you.
Buying from us
Who can buy from Service Pack LCD?
The catalog is written for trade customers: repair workshops, refurbishers, wholesalers and distributors. When you first contact us we ask for your company name, business address and the nature of your trade, and sales will confirm on that basis how your account is set up.
How do I request a quote?
Send the manufacturer codes, quantities and your delivery country to sales3@apexgmbh.com, or call or message us on WhatsApp at +43 660 2015298. You will receive availability and a written quotation for the items on your list. Quotations are non-binding until we issue an order confirmation; stock positions change daily, so please reply within the validity period stated on the quotation.
How do I open a trade account?
Ask sales for a trade account when you send your first enquiry. We need your registered company details, your VAT identification where applicable, the delivery address and a contact person for order queries. Once the account is active, you can send parts lists straight to your sales contact and receive confirmations without repeating your details.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not publish a fixed minimum. Mixed lists across brands and models are normal for repair shops, and small quantities of flagship assemblies such as the Galaxy S24 Ultra service pack are routinely supplied. Sales will confirm whether any minimum applies to a specific item on your list.
Lead time, payment and shipping
What is the lead time?
Stock is held at our warehouse in Vienna, Austria. Confirmed orders are dispatched once the order confirmation has been issued and the agreed payment terms are met. Transit time then depends on the destination and the courier service used. Ask your sales contact for the current dispatch position on a specific list; we would rather give you a real date than a generic promise.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed per trade account and stated in your quotation and order confirmation. Contact sales for the options available to your company and country.
How are orders shipped, and what about customs?
Orders ship from our stock in Vienna by tracked courier service to the address on your account, and you receive the tracking reference once the consignment is on its way. Within the EU no customs clearance is involved. For deliveries outside the EU, you act as importer of record; import duties, taxes and brokerage are charged by the carrier or customs authority in your country. Tell sales your destination and they will confirm which shipping documents accompany consignments on that route.
Warranty, returns and compatibility
What warranty applies to screens?
Original service pack parts are supplied new and sealed, and we warrant that they are what the listing says they are. Dead-on-arrival units must be reported promptly after delivery, within the period stated on your order confirmation and in our Terms and Conditions, which also define what counts as DOA. Test the screen before removing the protective film and before fitting, so that any fault is found while a DOA report is still possible.
How do I return a faulty screen?
Contact sales first with the part code, invoice number and a short description or video of the fault. You will receive a return reference to quote on the parcel; the full procedure is set out in our Terms and Conditions. Send the unit in its original box with the label intact, with the protective film on where possible. Once the unit has been inspected, sales will confirm the remedy that applies under the terms on your account.
How is compatibility confirmed?
By code, not by model name. Match the number printed on the old display flex or the service-pack label with the listing, including the slash set and any E/EU mark, and check the SM, Huawei or Xiaomi model code on the phone's label. If you only have the device, send us the SM code and the colour and we will identify the listing. See how to read part numbers and with frame vs without frame.
How should I send a parts list?
A spreadsheet or plain text list is fine. For each line give the manufacturer code exactly as it appears in the catalog, the model code, the colour in words, the quantity and the tier you need (service pack, ASMBLD, RNW, OLED, CHN ORG). For example: GH82-33396C/33386C, SM-S928, Titanium Yellow, service pack, 5 pcs. Lists in this form are confirmed faster because nothing has to be clarified.
Do you supply parts other than screens?
Yes. The catalog also covers charging boards, main and volume flexes, middle frames, battery covers, buzzers, batteries, and a small range of Samsung mainboards, for example the Charging Board SM-S928 for the S24 Ultra or the Middle Frame GH82-33399C. If a part is not listed, ask sales; we may be able to source it. For anything else, write to sales3@apexgmbh.com or call or message us on WhatsApp at +43 660 2015298.
